Stella has everything you need during perimenopause and menopause, including menopause-trained clinicians, prescriptions for hormone replacement therapy and tailored lifestyle change plans through our menopause app.

Our menopause app gives personalised support through access to wellness coaches and a library of information curated by experts, video workouts, audio meditations, recipes and more. You can also join our community for regular virtual Q&As with experts.

We provide care for those living in England, Scotland and Wales. We are unable to support those living in Northern Ireland at this time.

Help is just one step away. The first thing you need to do is to talk to your HR team or check your benefits to find out what is covered under your employer’s partnership with us. They will also give you an access code for Stella which you need to enter when you click “Start assessment”.

You may be covered or partially covered for our services depending on your employer’s partnership with us.
It costs £135 for an online clinician appointment, three months of medication, delivery and full access to our menopause app. We contact you to review new or changing symptoms, and any side effects every three months. It costs £135 to renew your prescription and order a three-month supply of medication.

Once you complete your online assessment you can book an online clinician appointment.

Our appointments are online and use a secure video platform where you can see the clinician during the consultation. You do not need any special equipment. You can use a laptop or mobile phone.

When you book your appointment, we send you a secure video link that takes one click to join. The appointments are 20 minutes long.

We prescribe hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and testosterone, as well as non-hormonal medications. Body-identical HRT is proven to be a safe and effective treatment for menopause symptoms including hot flushes, mood changes, and sleep problems.

It is also the most studied treatment available for menopause, meaning that we have lots of information about its effects and safety. When body-identical HRT is produced by regulated pharmaceutical companies, there are strict quality control processes in place to guarantee the strength, purity and safety of the product supplied.

Unregulated compounded bioidentical HRT is not currently recommended due to concerns about the safety of the medications provided, the testing processes used to recommend doses and the way these hormones are administered.
